Since the Company's formation in 2002 by Elizabeth Grant, staff numbers have consistently increased from fewer than ten to over 100 in less than six years.

Continued growth in winning successful contracts with the MHS combined with strategic acquisitions including Alexander Associates in 2006 and Lawrence VMH Limited in 2007 have broadened the Grants operating and skills base significantly.

With our Head Office situated in the idyllic rural market town of Easingwold, North Yorkshire, Grants employs in excess of 100 Official Veterinarians and contract Meat Hygiene Inspectors who work in abattoirs and cutting plants the length and breadth of the United Kingdom and also in the Falkland Islands.

Grants are ISO17020:2004, ISO9001:2000 and Investors in People accredited.

2008 sees Grants as one of the top UK contractors providing services to the Meat Hygiene Service. Experts in the field of veterinary and meat hygiene inspection work, the Grants Team consistently deliver a superior and essential support partnership service to the MHS and its clients.
